What to expect

Initial Consultation

The first consultation is 90 minutes, giving the time for you to be truly heard. Holly will ask in-depth questions about your current concerns, medical history, family medical history, diet, lifestyle, and other aspects of how your body is functioning to get a complete picture of who you are and how she can help. The fee for this consultation is $150 and includes the time Holly uses to write a thorough wellness protocol and herbal prescription, and answer follow-up questions. Note that this does not include the cost of herbs.

Follow-up Consultation

Follow-up consultations are 60 minutes and are for checking in on progress, shifting the focus to other challenges, and hearing more of your story. Holly will reassess your situation and decide if changes need to be made to your formula or if we just need to stay the course. The hope is that one day you can close this challenging chapter and manage on your own. The cost of a follow-up is $100 and includes the time it takes to review your file and new information, writing the protocol, and answering questions.

Dispensary

After each consultation, Holly will prepare a custom herbal formula. This may include things like teas, tinctures (alcohol extracts of plants), creams, and capsules. If you choose to order the herbal preparations the cost typically ranges from $50-150/month plus tax. Elder Song prioritizes quality and sources our herbs from Canadian farmers whenever possible. Some plants are grown and ethically wild-crafted by Holly as well to bring the vitality of the local area to your formulas.
