About Us

Holly is a Clinical Herbalist with a Diploma in Herbal Medicine from Heartwood Education in the United Kingdom. She has trained in herbal clinics in Canada, the UK, and Ireland, gaining many different perspectives on how herbs work. She also gained in-depth experience as a herbal apprentice for three years in the Comox Valley while studying. In this apprenticeship, Holly learned about herbal support for cancer care and spent many hours in the gardens working closely with the living medicinal plants. She is now a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) in the UK, and practicing from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Holly's philosophy is that plants work with the body to change patterns and remove physical, emotional, and spiritual blocks so that the body can do it's own healing. She makes sure that her relationship with her clients is compassionate, judgement-free, honest, and authentic. She will meet you where you're at and walk beside you through the ups and downs of health challenges.
