About the event
Not all herbs work the same way for every person. While many of us experience challenges such as stress, grief, poor sleep, low mood, or difficulty focusing, the most effective herbal support depends on our unique constitution, circumstances, and energetic state.
In the first of this three-part series, we'll explore how to match herbs to different nervous system states through the lens of herbal energetics and direct experience. Together, we'll discuss how herbs support common experiences such as worry, overwhelm and poor sleep. Most importantly, we'll spend time with the plants themselves—observing, tasting, smelling, and getting to know them beyond what can be learned from a book.
By developing a relationship with these herbs and learning to recognize their unique qualities, you'll gain practical tools for finding the plant allies that best support your own nervous system.
